The perennial question is, "How much will it cost?" and a lot of time generally gets spent trying to answer this question. Then the answer is usually wrong. If the quote is too high, you either get ripped off or decide not to move forward. Okay, so what does this mean? We don't work for free and finding out how much your request is going to cost requires work. When you come to us with a request an agile development process will be initiated. First, we'll gather information from you about your requirements. We'll try to get a broad overview before we get into details. You want a Facebook 'like' button? You want a 'Contact Us' form? You want a multi-merchant e-commerce application? You want to build a new social networking platform in Ruby on Rails? Obviously some things take longer than others. But you need to know what you're in for, right? Okay, so, you're in for two hours at the most. After two hours we guarantee delivery of something. We will either deliver what you want, or a quote for what you want, or a quote for a quote for what you want, or...you get the idea; it's recursive. So, at every iteration you will have what you need to make an informed decision about how to proceed.
